Return & Refund Policy

CUTECH offers a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Support immediately.

You must contact customer service to arrange for an RMA to return any item for any reason. Your original sales receipt must accompany your return.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
