This unit was a breeze to set up and a joy to use.
It's a smooth jointer. I like the portability of this machine and it does a good job. The cast iron fence is a real plus.

There’s no comparison of the aluminum to cast fense. In my opinion this is an absolute must have. Rock solid and perfect cuts. Cutech nailed this jointer.

This is a nice upgrade over the thin aluminum fence. It takes a whole and some effort to get it squared up and dialed in. I do like how solid it stays while pointing against it.

Very good upgrade from the aluminum fence. Zero deflection once you can get the support clamps dialed in.
