I have an old Steel City planer that needed new infeed and outfeed rollers. Steel City went out of business in the US years ago. AI said to check with Cutech. I called Cutech and Betty answered the phone, requested a pic of the machine, showed it to tech support and they found the right rollers for my 14 year old machine right away. Had it working again in a few days. They are awesome and efficient. Thanks Cutech and thanks Betty!
